The letters name specific software. We describe them because we use them, not because we've vetted them for your circumstances. Their terms, pricing, and reliability are theirs, not ours. Where a link earns us a commission we say so in that letter.

The writing, images, book content, and page designs here belong to CLAUVUS PRESS and Dr. R. Burton. Read it, use the systems in your own business, and quote a short passage with credit and a link. Don't republish whole letters, resell the material, feed it into a product you're selling, or present it as your own work.

Don't try to break into the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send anyone spam. Sign up with your own address, not someone else's.

Unsubscribe whenever you want, using the link in any letter. We can also remove someone from the list — for abuse, for a bad address, or because we've stopped publishing.

The site and the letter are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of them or from acting on anything in them. Some jurisdictions don't allow parts of this to be limited, in which case those parts don't apply to you.

Maryland law governs these terms, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts serving Prince George's County, Maryland.
